Paste written knitting instructions. The Pattern Checker counts every row for every size
(K10 (12, 14)), compares it with your stated totals, and points at the exact repeat that does not fit.
No AI guessing: every number is plain arithmetic you can check.
Understands standard abbreviations (k, p, k2tog, ssk, sk2p, yo, m1l/m1r, kfb, cables like C4F or 2/2 RC, bind off…),
*…; rep from * to last 2 sts, (k2, p2) 3 times, row ranges like Rows 3-10:, and stated counts like (84 sts).
Steps: width <formula> (cast-on / width, optional rep 4+2) ·
length <formula> · shape from <step> to <width> over <length>
(options: one side, any row) · evenly from <step> to <n> sts
(option in the round). Formulas use your measurement names with + − × ÷.
Multi-size text is split and checked once per size, so the error in only size 4X still shows up.
"Repeat of 4 sts does not fit: 82 sts available, 2 sts over", not just "wrong".
Pattern text is checked in memory and never stored. We only count how many checks run.
